Hi guys,
Some of may think "Wait for the actual letter to come" but I feel too nervous and just want to share my thoughts. I applied for EB5 and my I526 was approved. Then I applied adjustment of status and got an I485 RFE. Have not got the letter yet but got the email that my case is on hold right now. Can you tell me about the RFE? Is that common? Is that the first step of denial? I'm so nervous right now. I will write what they are asking when I got the letter which I'm expecting on Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you very much.
These days people are figiting wrong ful denials through MTRs. RFEs are common and one does not have to worry about RFE. Just wait for your letter and respond accordingly. There is no "first step" for denial - if your case is approvable it gets approved - if not it gets denied - period.

OK, I guess you're starting out with RAW (since you save as TIFF). In that case maybe you need to download an update to the RAW plugin from Adode, it fixes an EXIF problem.

Such half quotes cause more damage than do anything good for us. Maybe they picked up a few sentences rather than displaying the full context. I have not seen the full message. Looking at the quote and paragraph about 'Competing in the 21st Century Economy ' it seems like this argument is for more H1B visas and STEM exemption of H1B visas from its annual 65K quota.
Such messaging actually hurts us. Unless there is mention of 'Greencard' and 'backlog' such general statements would mean H1B to many.

HI All
I am worried about my employer. Given the fact about I-485 apps and the last few days of labor in the previous month I have doubts about my employer. He is a very mean and hopeless desi employer and I am worried if he sold out my labor to some high bidder. is there any way i can find out if my labor is still infact in my name. any thoughts

What would happen to those in EB3 but havent filed their 485 yet, or prospective EB3 applicants who havent filed for labor yet? Not all jobs or applicants qualify in EB1/EB2 category - to hell with them?? :confused:

I cannot believe how low these anti-immigrant groups can and will go to push their point, which obviously is nothing but full of BS, but it certainly adds fuel to the fire.

USCIS has recently published a new fact sheet of common questions and answers for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. I have a masters degree from a university which lost accreditation couple of years ago. Will i be eligible to apply for green card under EB2 Quota? I got mixed reviews from friends, few say that when the university allows CPT, OPT and stamping form INDIA why a difference at the time of Green card. Please help me out or point to the blog where people had the same question.

You can definitely save money by doing that. I had to keep my car in storage for an extended period when I was away and I just kept the comprehensive part of the insurance coverage and removed all others including collision since I was not driving it. The cost of insurance with out the collision, etc. is very low.
