I live in New jersey and send my EAD renewal to Nebraska based on my I-485. When i read the instructions, I found out that the application has to go to Texas based to the state where i am in now.
I would appreciate if anyone had same experience and share it with us.

Hi,
I applied I-485,EAD,Advance Parole on July 20,2007 but i have not yet received any receipt number as of now.
During that time I could not able to apply for my wife. She will be coming to USA on H4 visa in the mid of October.
what are the possibilities to include her in my greencard process?
Please educate me on this situation to take care of my wife's greencard process with my GC process and also please share your experiances if some one has similar kind of situation.
My Case Details
Labour Filed (Perm)--------------------------> Jan-2006
Labour Approved -----------------------------> April-2006
I-140 Filed -----------------------------------> Aug-2006
I-140 Approved --------------------------------> November 2006
I-485 applied only for myself --------------> July 20,2007
First entry into USA------------------------>January 2000

I'm working with an MNC and I'm abt to start my GC processing.I did go through the forum on threads on Fragomen.My employer's preferred attorney is Fragomen.

You can reply to the RFE exactly as you stated. That your wife and child are abroad and will be applying for visas at the U.S. post to accompany you, therefore they do not have A numbers or receipt numbers.
You must file I-824s for them if you have not already done so.

Although Dphoto has a very active Canon forum, this site is about the image first. Gear at the higher levels is more a matter of personal preference. Nikon has some very strong points. For example ergonomically, the D2H is fantastic. What are the things that enticed you to choose Nikon?

I went for H1B stamping, but i know a friend of mine went for F1 (PhD) extension and had to go through the same process. I called Dept. of State multiple times, dont expect a polite response. They may even say it may take years. Thats what they told me the day before i got the visa. Dont worry your wife will get the visa eventually. Tell her to enjoy India in the mean time like i did on my forced vacation.

Since your attorney is not filing (No G28 is filed when you DIY). I did this and I got approval for both EAD/AP in a month's time.

Hello,
I do not think Swift 3D has a wireframe export features, but you can press the Print Screen button and paste the image into an image editor. You will be able to manipulate it like you would any other image. That is the best way that I know of doing it. You could also import the Swift 3D swf into Flash, and let Flash export the movie as a sequence of images.

Are you serious? I must be a super expert on taxes because I have always done it on paper using a calculator for the last 14 years and counting. Just spend an hour reading the instructions and you're done. Have a question, call the IRS. Unlike other government agencies (cough.. USCIS cough..) the agents at the other end of the line are actually helpful and responsive.

Well, Not every one is as patient as you are in reading the instructions and if needed a friendly manual or dialing 800 829 1040. The feeling is mutual about the IRS helpline folks.
The OP seemed very confused and thats why I suggested not to fill in on paper by hand.

I have worked in my organization for over one year in the US and abrod in the subsidiary for one year. My organization is trying to apply for L-1A (managerial category) visa for me to come back to US again.
How easy is to obtain L-1A through immigration lawyers?
What forms do I need to submit for applying this visa
Our company attorney does not provide complete information, therefore I would appreciate your help on the above.
